Questions & Answers
How long does it take to complete my custom illustration?
When I am ready to start working on your painting, I will send you an invoice. Once you pay it will take me approximately 2-4 weeks to complete your illustration. Be sure to let me know on the request form if you need your painting by a certain date so I can let you know if that finish date is possible.
can you change things in the painting that differ from the photo I send you?
My painting will be based off the original photo you send me. Please make sure that your photo is clear and realize that this is a watercolor illustration of the photo you send.
can i make copies of the original work i commission?
Art work copyrights belong to the artist, but I am happy to have high quality prints made for you at a reasonable price. If you would like prints of your illustration to share with family or friends, please contact me directly.
How much is shipping?
There is a flat rate shipping charge of $6.50 for prints and note cards.
Shipping for custom orders is $15.00 and includes insurance.
Local friends may contact me to save on shipping and pick up their order. Please message me before placing your order for a coupon code.
How do I order a custom Illustration?
To request a custom painting you will need to fill out a request form here. If you want a painting of a home, pet, person, or special place I will have you email a photo to me after I receive your request form.
