Springtime watercolor

Spring inspires me to paint things that are bright, floral, and magical. With the birds chirping, a scented candle burning, and the sun shining through the window, my list of ideas for spring paintings is growing. As we face the weeks of social distancing and quarantined living, I am also reminded by the singing of the birds of God’s care for us.

“Consider the birds of the sky: they don’t sow or reap or gather into barns, yet your heavenly Father feeds them. Aren’t you worth more than they?”    Matthew 6:26
